How do I add a child to the sign in sheet who has started after sign in sheets were created and printed for that day?

Important Notes:

·         If the child is eligible for 20 hours ECE, you must first create a new timetable with the enrolled times and 20 hours ECE for that day.  See “How do I change or modify a child’s enrolled times?”

·         If this is a one-off change of enrolment, create another timetable effective when the enrolment returns to normal.

·         The parent must sign all attestations.

 

1.      From anywhere in the system, click on the yellow “Sign Sheets” puzzle piece at the top left of the screen; or from the home menu, click the "Reports", "Child Reports", "Daily Sign in Sheet" buttons.

 

2.      Select the “Date” and the “Category” that you want to add a child to and click the “Modify” button.

 

3.      Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the child’s name from the list to the left of the “Add Child” button.

 

4.      Click the “Add Child” button.

5.      Update the “Booked” and “Attended” fields if required.

 

6.      Once you have added all of the children to the sign in sheet, reprint if it is for a future date; otherwise click the “Update” button to return to the “Sign In Sheet” screen.
