How do I remove a child from a sign in sheet when the child does not attend that day?

If a child appears on sign in sheets on days that they do not attend,
you will need to correct the child's timetable or start/leaving date
information. However, you may wish to quickly remove a child from a single sign
in sheet as follows.
Following this process will not correct future sign in sheets. You will
need to correct the child's timetable and or start/leaving dates for future
sign in sheets to be correct.
1. From anywhere in the system,
click on the yellow “Sign Sheets” puzzle piece at the top left of the screen,
or from the home screen, click the "Reports", "Child
Reports" and "Daily Sign in Sheet" buttons.
2. Select the “Date” and the
“Category” that you want to add a child to and click the “Modify” button.
A list of all the children together with their booked and attend times
will be displayed.
3. Scroll to the child that you remove,
and then select "Exclude" from the drop down box.
4. Once you have excluded all of
the children from the sign in sheet, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click
the “Update” button.
