How do I transfer a staff member to another license or centre?

1.      From the home menu, click the "Employees" icon.

 

2.      Select the staff member who you wish to transfer from the drop down list of names and click the “Transfer” button.

 

 

3.      Enter the date that the staff member is leaving your centre in the "Leaving Date" field; and the date that the staff member is starting at the new centre in the "Starting Date" field.

 

4.      Select the license or centre this staff member is transferring to from the “Transfer to which centre" drop down list.

 

5.      Click the “Continue” button to make the transfer; or click the “Cancel” button to return to the “Staff Selection” screen.
