Question: How do I view the account details for a child?
Answer:

From the home menu, click the
"Children" icon, or from anywhere in the system, click the blue piece of
puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Child". |

Select the child's name from the drop down
list of children's names. If your child does not appear in the list, you
may need to change your category to the appropriate category and then
click the "search" button. |

Once you have selected the child's name,
click the "Account" button. |
 |
Enter the date range for which you wish to
view transactions for this child. If you want to view the current
balance for this child. ensure that the "To" date is set to the date
that you have billed up to. For example if you have already billed up to
the end of term, then the "To" date should be set to the Friday after
the last day of term. |

Once you have selected the correct date
range, click the "Search" button |

To return to the child selection screen,
click the "Previous" button. |
