Question: How do I add a new product?

Answer:

From the home menu, click the  "Billing" icon and then click the "Products"  Icon.

A list of all products that have been entered will be displayed.

To add a new product, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Add" button.

Enter the description for this product.

bullet

Enter the Unit price for this product. Unless you have checked the "GST Free" box, make sure that the price you enter here is GST inclusive.

If this product is not subject to GST, check the "GST Free" box.

bullet

If you want this product to automatically be added to all invoices, check the "Include with all invoices" box

bullet

Once you have entered all of the information required, click the "Update" button to save the information and return to the previous screen.

To discard the information you have entered and return to the previous screen, click the "Cancel" button.

If this product the other fields.

To save this information and return to the previous screen, click the "Update" button. To discard any information entered here, click the "cancel" button.
