Question: How do I add an additional contact for a child?
Answer:

From the home menu, click the
"Children" icon, or from anywhere in the system, click the blue piece of
puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Child". |

Select the child's name from the drop down
list of children's names. If your child does not appear in the list, you
may need to change your category to the appropriate category and then
click the "search" button. |

Once you have selected the child's name,
click the "Contacts" button. A list of all current contacts for this
child will be displayed. |

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and
click the "Add" button |

Enter the details for this contact. Fields
that have a blue background are "required" fields which means that you
are required to enter data into these fields. Fields that have a white
background are optional fields that you can enter data into if you wish. |

To move between different fields, you can
navigate using the mouse, or you can "tab" to move forwards between
fields or "shift tab" to move backwards between fields. |
 |
Once you have entered all of the details
for this contact, you can save these details and continue to enter
additional contact details for the child by clicking on the "Update"
button. |

Once you have completed entering new
contacts for the child, click the "Previous" button to return to the
child selection screen. |
