Question: How do I correct a transaction I have previously committed?
Answer:

From the home menu, click the
"Billing" icon and then click the "Accounts Processing Icon, or
from anywhere in the system, click the
green
piece of puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labelled "Accounts". |

Select the appropriate category of
children and click the "Search" Button. Normally this would be "All
Current Enrolments". |

Select that child's name from
the drop down list. |
 |
Make sure the "Reversals" radio
button is selected and highlighted red.

Click the "View" button. A
list of the last few transactions for this child will be displayed. |

Make sure that the "From" and
"To" dates are set to the dates which you want to include the date of
the transaction you wish to reverse. |

Find the transaction which you
wish to reverse, and click the radio button for that transaction under
the column headed "reverse". |

If you wish, you can enter a
comment as to why this transaction is being reversed in the "comments"
field. |
 |
Click the 'Commit" button to
reverse the transaction or click the "Previous" button to discard any
changes you have made and return to the previous screen. |
