Question: How do I create a sign in sheet for a particular day?
Answer:

From the home menu, click the
"Reports", "Child Reports", "Daily Sign in Sheets" icons, or from anywhere in the system, click the
yellow piece of
puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Sign Sheets". |

Select the date for which you wish to
create a sign in sheet. |

Select a category for which you wish to
create a sign in sheet. Please note that you should not choose
categories that will duplicate children on sign in sheets. For example
if you create sign in sheets for "morning children" and Afternoon
Children" do NOT create sign in sheets for "Current Enrolments" as
well. If you are licensed for both under and over 2 children, we
recommend that you create separate sign in sheets for "Under 2" and
"Over 2" children. |

Select the order in which you wish the
children's names to appear. The default is "first name" order. |

Click the "Create" button. |

A sign in sheet with a list of all the
children in the category you have selected who are scheduled to attend
that day will be displayed along with the booked times for those
children. Please check that these are the children who are supposed to
attend on this day for this category, and that these are the correct
booked times for the children. |

If you wish to print any comments for a
particular child, please enter the comments under that child's name. |

If there are any children who appear on
this sign in sheet who are not supposed to appear, it is because their
timetable information or starting/leaving date is incorrect. To correct
this, you can "Cancel" this sign in sheet, go to the child selection
screen and correct the information for this child, and then re-create
this sign in sheet. |

on this sign in sheet who do not, it is because their timetable
information or starting/leaving date is incorrect. To correct this, you
can "Cancel" this sign in sheet, go to the child selection screen and
correct the information for this child, and then re-create this sign in
sheet. |

If there are any children who you wish to
temporarily add to the sign in sheet (children who are doing an ad hoc
extra day), scroll to the end of the sign in sheet, select the child's
name from the drop down list and click the "Add Child" button. You can
then enter the booked times for this child. |

Once you are satisfied that the correct
children are on the sign in sheet, click the "Print" button to print the
sign in sheet. The sign in sheet will print to the screen and you should
use your browser print button to print a hard copy of the sign in sheet.
To return to the sign in sheet screen click the browser back button. |
