Question: How do I create a staff time sheet for a particular day?
Answer:
 |
From the home menu, click the
"Reports", "Staff Reports", "Staff Sign in Sheets" icons, or from anywhere in the system, click the
Purple piece of
puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Staff". |

Select the date for which you wish to
create a staff time sheet. |

Click the "Create" button. |
 |
If this is the first time you have created
a staff time sheet for this day of the week, you will need to select
each staff member in turn and "add" that staff member to the roster for
this day. |
 |
If you have previously created a sign in
sheet for this day of the week, the system will display a time sheet for
you based on what was scheduled for this day last week. |

times that they are scheduled to work on that day. |

The left hand column will display details
of your MOE Ratios for each 15 minutes of the day. If you wish to view
details of the ratios, click the "View" button. Cells that are
highlighted in blue mean
that your ratios are correct. Cells that are highlighted in
green mean that you are
above required ratio for this period, and cells that are highlighted in
red indicate that you are below required ration for this period.
To return to the previous screen, click the "Previous" button. |

If you wish to copy details from a
previously created time sheet, scroll to the bottom of the screen,
select the date that you wish to copy from the drop down list, and click
the "Same As" button. |

If you wish to modify a the times that a
particular staff member works on this day, click the "Change Times"
button below that staff members name. |

You will then be able to select which times
and activities this staff member will be doing on this day by selecting
the appropriate option from the drop down list for the required time.
If you wish to make this change for this day only, select the activities
for the left hand (Worked) column. If you wish to make this a permanent
change, select the activities from the right hand (Rostered) column. |

When you have made the required changes,
click the update button to save the changes, or click the "same as
Rostered" button if you have changed the activities in the rostered
column and wish to effect those changes for this day as well. |

If you wish to remove this staff member
from the roster for this day, click the "Delete" button. |

If you wish to discard the changes you have
made and return to the previous screen, click the "Cancel" button. |

If you wish to print the time sheet, click
the "Print" button. The time sheet will be printed to the screen first
and you will need to click the 'Print" option on your browser to print a
hard copy of the time sheet. Please note that the staff time sheets are
designed to be printed in Landscape mode and you will need to change
your printer settings accordingly. Once you have printed the time sheet,
click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the staff time
sheet screen. |

Once you are satisfied that the details on
this time sheet are correct, click the "Previous" button to save
your changes and return to the time sheet selection screen. If you wish
to navigate directly to the next or previous day, click the "Next Day"
or "Previous Day" button |
