ability to use the Infocare system from anywhere in the world. Work from home,
your batch, the office, all you need is an internet connection.
How it works - For a modest charge, Infocare will host your database on our
secure website. All you need is an internet connection, and you will be able to
work from anywhere. You will also be able to have
multiple users accessing your
system at the same time. For example you will be able to log in from home and
work on invoicing while at the same time, the staff at your centre can also
log in and update children's details.
Confidentiality - Your database remains totally confidential, just as it
would be if it was located in your own office. Access is strictly controlled by
username and password. Full Security is maintained at all times.
Functionality - The system you use will be a fully functional Infocare system
with all of the features available to you. The only difference is that you have
greater flexibility in where you choose to do your work.
Requirements - All that you require to take advantage of the "work anywhere
option" is a Windows XP personal computer, or an Apple Mac computer with an
internet connection.
