Question: How do I print tax receipts?
Answer:

From the home menu, click the
"Billing" icon and then click the "Accounts Processing Icon, or
from anywhere in the system, click the
green
piece of puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labelled "Accounts". |

Select the appropriate category of
children and click the "Search" Button. Normally this would be "All
Current Enrolments". |

If you wish to print a tax
receipt for an individual child select that child's name from the drop
down list. |

Make sure the "Tax
Receipts" radio
button is selected and highlighted red.

Click the "Print All" button
if you wish to print tax receipts for all children, or click the "Print"
button if you want to print tax receipts for an individual child. |

Make sure that the "From" and
"Until" dates are set to the dates which you want to include in this tax
receipt. |

From the Print Mode drop down
box select the appropriate option. "All" will print tax receipts for all
children in this period regardless of whether they have made a payment
or not. "Those who have paid" will print tax receipts for only thos
children who have made a payment. "Itemise Payments" will print a
detailed list of all individual payments that have been made with a
total. |

When you have made your
selection, click the "Print" button. This will display a list of
all the tax receipts to your screen. If you wish to print a hard copy of
these tax receipts, click the browser print button. |

To return to the previous
screen, click the browser back button. |
