If a child appears on sign in sheets on
days that they do not attend, you will need to correct the child's
timetable or start/leaving date information. However, you may wish to
quickly remove a child from a single sign in sheet as follows. Following
this process will not correct future sign in sheets. You will need to
correct the child's timetable and or start/leaving dates for future sign
in sheets to be correct. |

From the home menu, click the
"Reports", "Child Reports", "Daily Sign in Sheets" icons, or from anywhere in the system, click the
yellow piece of
puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Sign Sheets". |

Select the date for which you wish to
remove a child from a sign in sheet. |

Select a category from which you wish to
remove the child to. |
 |
Click the "Modify" button. |

A sign in sheet with a list of all the
children in the category you have selected who are scheduled to attend
that day will be displayed along with the booked times for those
children. |

Scroll to the appropriate child's name and
the select "Exclude from the options box. |
