How do I take a child off the waiting list?
From the home menu, click the "Children" icon, or from anywhere in the system, click the blue piece of puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Child".
Select "Waiting List" from the "Category" drop down box.
Click "Search"
Select the name of the child you wish to remove from the waiting list from the list of children's names.
Click on the "Delete" button. You will be asked if you are sure that you wish to remove this child from the system. If you are sure, click the "Ok" button.
Please note that you are not able to delete a child's records if the child has ever attended your centre or if the child has any financial records at all.
