If you are experiencing problems with
printing, this is normally because you
need to adjust
your Safari print settings. Please follow the instructions below and
then try printing again. If you are unable to adjust your print settings
using the instructions below, it is possible that you are using an older
version of Mac/os and or Safari and will need to upgrade. |

Define a Customised
size of paper called Infocare as follows |
 |
Once
you have logged in to Infocare, click “File” “Page Setup” |
 |
In
the “Page Attributes” drop down box, click on the down arrow and select
“Custom Paper Size”

Click “New”
|
 |
Type
“Infocare”
|
 |
In
the box that says “Height” enter “29.7” if the measurement is in CM or
“11.69” if the measurement is in inches
|
 |
In
the box that says “Width” enter “21” if the measurement is in CM or “8.27”
if the measurement is in inches
|
 |
In
the box that says “Top”, “Left”, “Right” and “Bottom”, enter “.5” if the
measurement is in CM or “.25” if the measurement is in inches.

Click “Save”
|
 |
Click ok
|
 |
Set the customised
paper as your default paper as follows |
 |
Click “File” “Page Setup”
|
 |
In
the “Format for” drop down box, click on the down arrow and select “Any
Printer”
|
 |
In
the “Paper Size” drop down box, click on the down arrow and select
“Infocare”
|
 |
In
the “Scale” box, set the scale to 95%
|
 |
In
the “settings” drop down box, click on the down arrow and select “Save as
default”

 |
Click “Ok”
|
 |
If you are still
having problems with printing, it may be that your “text size” in Safari is
too large. You can reduce the “Text size” by pressing the “Apple” key and
the “-“ key at the same time (Apple and minus key). |
