How do I mark a staff member absent for a whole day?

From the home menu, click the "Reports", "Staff Reports", "Staff Sign in Sheets" icons, or from anywhere in the system, click the purple piece of puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Staff".

Select the date for the day on which you wish to update a staff time sheet.

Click the "Modify" button.

Details of the times and activities for staff members on this day will be displayed.

Time Sheet Update

Each staff member will be listed with the times that they were scheduled to work on that day.

Select the staff member who was absent and click the "Change Times" button below that staff members name.

Staff Attendance Update

From the "Attendance" drop down box, you will be able to select the required status for this staff member.

When you have selected the required status, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the update button to save the changes.

If you wish to discard the changes you have made and return to the previous screen, click the "Cancel" button.

If you wish to print the time sheet, click the "Print" button. The time sheet will be printed to the screen first and you will need to click the 'Print" option on your browser to print a hard copy of the time sheet. Please note that the staff time sheets are designed to be printed in Landscape mode and you will need to change your printer settings accordingly. Once you have printed the time sheet, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the staff time sheet screen.

Once you are satisfied that the details on this time sheet are correct, click the "Previous" button to save your changes and return to the time sheet selection screen. If you wish to navigate directly to the next or previous day, click the "Next Day" or "Previous Day" button
