How do I transfer a staff member to another license or centre?
From the home menu, click the "Employees" icon.
Select the staff member who you wish to transfer from the drop down list of names.
Click the "Transfer" button.

Enter the date that the staff member is leaving your centre in the "Leaving Date" field.
Enter the date that the staff member is starting at the new centre in the "Starting Date" field.
From the "Transfer to which centre" drop down list, select which license or centre this staff member is transferring to.
Once you have entered all of the details for this staff member click the "Update" button to transfer the staff member.
