Question: How do I update or change WINZ details for a child?

Answer:

From the home menu, click the  "Children" icon, or from anywhere in the system, click the blue piece of puzzle at the top left of the screen that is labeled "Child".

Select the child's name from the drop down list of children's names. If your child does not appear in the list, you may need to change your category to the appropriate category and then click the "search" button.

Once you have selected the child's name, click the "WINZ" button.

Enter the WINZ client number for this child

bullet

Enter the number of authorised hours for this child.

bullet

Enter the weekly amount of the WINZ subsidy for this child.

bullet

Enter the date on which the subsidy will start.

bullet

Enter the date on which the subsidy will end.

bullet

Once you have completed all of the details on this screen, click "Update to save the information and return to the child selection screen.

If you wish to delete the WINZ details for the child, click the "Delete" button.

bullet

If you wish to discard any changes you have made to the WINZ information before you Update the information, click the "Cancel" button.
